Racing Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

A waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement approved by the Baldwin Yacht Club Board of Governors, must be agreed to and noted in your online BYC profile by all participating in a Baldwin Yacht Club-sponsored race.  This policy will apply to all boats belonging to or captained by Baldwin yacht Club prospective and/or regular members . Non-members crewing on a boat, including prospective members, must complete the non-member waiver and deliver to the Rear Commodore or a member of the Regatta Committee electronically or by hand before the race starts.
