Former members of BYC or a member child may start the application process by selecting the appropriate membership level:

an Alumni Member, who has been a member in good standing for at least three years and is no longer actively sailing in New England waters.
A Member Child, who is a child of a current Baldwin Yacht Club member and is requesting a Regular Membership.
A prior Member of the Baldwin Yacht Club who has been a member in good standing who wishes to rejoin the club.

Alumni - $44.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Annual memberships are $44.00 (Annual membership $40.00 plus $4.00 CT tax effective 2023)As an Alumni Member I/we will have no voting rights, no mooring rights, may be a resource for nominating prospective member(s) and may serve on a committee, subject to the approval of the specific Committee chair and/or the Board of Governors., and will receive the Apple Core newsletter. I/We must have a Regular membership for at least three years to qualify for Alumni status.

Lapsed Rejoin BYC - $407.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: Unlimited For last year members of the Baldwin Yacht Club who did not renew in time this year, were in good standing with the club and wish to apply for readmission to the club. Previous members requesting reinstatement have a choice to either pay the current initiation fee ($200) or the total of all past due annual fees ($185 per yr), whichever is less, plus the annual dues. A $385.00 deposit plus 10% CT tax is required. It would be refunded if application is not accepted.

Member Child Initiation - $11.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 1 members) Subscription period: Unlimited Active BYC Member's Child requesting a Regular Membership - Initiation Fee $10 plus $1 CT Club Tax. Once approved, Membership shall be changed to Regular upon payment of annual membership fees.

Rejoin Baldwin YC - $423.50 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: Unlimited For prior members of the Baldwin Yacht Club who left over a year ago, were in good standing with the club and wish to apply for readmission to the club.
