Price:  Lobster dinner $28 or Hamburg and Hotdogs $15

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their registration and get a full refund up to six days before the event start date. No refunds will be offered if the member cancels afterward.

This event has two upper limits:

  • 60 People
  • 50 Lobsters

Please make sure to enter the number of guests (max 5) that will be attending with you in the registration form, so that we can have an accurate count of the total number of people attending.

Given the high demand we are expecting for this event, we will be implementing a wait list system to manage attendance. This system will allow us to ensure that we do not exceed our capacity for seating or run out of the much-anticipated Rob Beaulieu lobsters.

Here's how we plan that the wait list will work:

  1. Sign up: Once the event reaches its initial capacity, members will be able to add themselves to the wait list via the Event Social Calendar in our club membership portal or the Wild Apricot for Members smartphone app.

  2. Registration: Registration closes five days before the event.

  3. Notification: When registration closes and if lobsters and/or spaces are available, members on the wait list will be notified via email on a first-come, first-served basis that they have been registered for the event.

We believe the implementation of this wait list system will allow us to host our event in the most organized and fair manner possible, ensuring every member has an equal opportunity to participate. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this new policy.

We look forward to seeing you at the event!
