Annual Meeting at United States Coast Guard Academy

CDR. Merle J. Smith Consolidated Club (Officer’s Club)

The Annual Meeting provides a time for reports by officers, vote on bylaw changes and vote on the Slate of Officers.  It is also a very important meeting where members can participate in the governing process of the club.  Included will be the election of next year’s officers.  All members are urged to attend the meeting and participate in this process.  Please also note (1) Registration and payment is due by Tuesday, October 18; and (2) Please enter a note in appropriate section of the registration form online if you would like us to accommodate the VEGAN OFFERING.

Time:  1:00 – 1:45 p.m. business meeting

            1:45 – 2:15 p.m. Change of Command

            2:15 – 3:45 p.m. Luncheon

• Black Pepper, Sea Salt Rubbed Sirloin with Mushroom Demi-Glace
• Tri Color Tortellini with Pesto Sauce & Marinara
• VEGAN OFFERING: Lasagna Roll-ups with Tofu “Ricotta”
• Oven Roasted Asparagus Spears Seasoned with Olive Oil, Sea Salt
• and Cracked Black Pepper (hot)
• Spinach Salad with Shaved Red Onion, Black Olives, Sliced
